1. Make the bar call by Friday, August 28. I'm sending you the full budget review and a side-by-side comparison tomorrow. Before you open it, set yourselves a threshold - something like "if it's a $1,000 difference we go with the mobile bar, if it's $1,500 we keep it simple." That way the decision makes itself.

2. Book your walkthrough at Sea Lion Estate for either August 30 or September 5. I can't be there for either date, so I'll send you my walkthrough guide and a list of specific things to look at and photograph.

3. Jane - send me your full guest list, so I can start building your place cards.

4. Jane - send me a photo of your invitation, so I can match the menu and place card design to it.

5. Start your seating plan. I'll send you the table layout this week. You can literally sketch names onto a piece of paper and send it back - no formatting needed. No rush on this one.

6. Let me know about a first dance - yes or no, whenever you land on it over the weekend. There's no DJ to coordinate with, so there's genuinely no pressure either way.

7. Jane - check in with Brianna about whether she still wants to run the wedding Jeopardy, and whether she needs anything from us for it.

8. Send me email addresses for your wedding party, so I can send everyone a quick ceremony explainer the week before - especially helpful since not everyone will make the rehearsal.

9. Plan your on-site food, and please don't do it alone. Breakfast, lunch and coffee for Thursday through Saturday, plus chips and grazing snacks for Friday evening. Pick someone to be your breakfast and lunch captain and hand them the Costco run - people want to help.

10. Glen - the marriage licence. London Drugs, bring your ID. Andria says it's your one job!
